Cathkin Says No To Bullying

Some of you are worried about being bullied, please don't worry about this. All of the teachers and staff in Cathkin High School work together to make sure that Cathkin is a Bully Free Zone.

Relax, you will be well looked after.

GETTING LOST

Hello boys and girls, lots of you are worried about getting lost in your new school. Don't worry. Cathkin High is a BIG SCHOOL but within a few weeks you'll know your way around and you'll be using all the short cuts. In your first few weeks the Senior Pupils are dotted around the school to make sure you find your class. So... Chill!!!!

HAPPY HOMEWORK

Don't worry about homework. Trust me, you will survive!!! A handy tip is to use your Cathkin Diary and write everything down!!!!!!

I'm looking forward to welcoming all of you to Cathkin High School for two days in May. You'll have a fantastic time taking part in lessons in some exciting subjects, getting to know new friends, meeting new teachers and beginning to find out about lots of activities which are on offer at Cathkin High. Until then I'll enjoy reading your blogs and hopefully hearing all about you and your primary schools.

Introducing the new 7Ups Blog site...

Hello primary sevens and welcome to the fab new 7ups blog page.
This page has been specially designed for you to keep in contact with me so that I can answer any questions you might have about going up to high school.

Primary seven is a fantastic year and we will be working on lots of different exciting projects together like the 7ups magazine and 7ups science stuff but it is also a time of change when you are moving on up to secondary school and moving from the familiar into the un-familiar.
Don't worry, It is my job to make sure you make a happy and successful transition and I will do my best for each and everyone one of you.
